Our PO Box address can be added to your application forms, meaning if applicants wish to submit paper applications, they can send them straight to our specialist scanning facility - 'The Resolution Bureau', where our dedicated team will scan and upload it to your DataSpace-Live account using our same-day or guaranteed next-day service. With a reputation for great quality at a very reasonable cost our scanning service is a much more economical and popular option for authorities than scanning their apps themselves.

We also provide a range of archive scanning services. With our on-demand daily scanning service, any paper archive application that needs to be revisited for reference can be sent to our Bureau and if it arrives by 9am, can be scanned and uploaded to DataSpace-Live by 4pm that same day. Our team can also take on large scanning projects to create digital archives of all paper applications.
